AFFORDABLE HOUSING The 28th CDC Affordable Housing Program is designed to provide homeownership opportunities to low-moderate income households, revitalize targeted neighborhoods by improving the appearance of deteriorating houses, promote community and encourage residents to invest in their communities, offer safe, sound, sanitary and appealing homes for sale, and educate the public about homeownership.  Closing cost and down payment assistance is available.  The 28th CDC is an equal opportunity housing provider.
